Order Processing and Shipping Information
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation Monday to Friday. We will send the tracking number to your email within 24 hours after shipment, if you don't see it in your inbox, please check your email spam box.
- If the tracking system shows that the order does not exist, it means that the order number or email does not match. Please check if you used a different email address during checkout.
- If you do not receive our order confirmation email or tracking information, the email on your order may have a spelling error, please contact us via the form below.
